Begin the evening with a complimentary toast of sparkling Prosecco and then dive into the fun (and slightly messy!) art of gelato making. We’ll be learning how to make a delicious passionfruit gelato, and a grilled pineapple sorbet! Enjoy a full serving of your creations, along with a three course meal and a wine tasting experience that complements the flavors of the finished gelato. What to Expect

The class will focus on the art of creating delicious, handmade gelato and sorbet. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered the creation of one of the Chef’s favorite desserts. Our journey begins with a brief ingredient introduction, followed by a hands-on class, where you’ll discover the secrets of crafting gelato entirely from scratch. Afterwards, you’ll sit and enjoy a full three course meal freshly prepared by Chef Kelvino.
