What to Expect

The class will focus on the art of crafting tender, hand-formed pasta. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered the creation of one of the Chef’s favorite pastas. Our journey begins with a brief ingredient introduction, followed by hands-on dough work, where you’ll discover the secrets of crafting pasta entirely from scratch.
